4 x witches hat triangles (template 3) patterned fabric
8 x skinny triangles (template 3) background / white fabric
4 x half square triangles (template 2) of background / white fabric
4 x half square triangles (template 2) of patterned fabric
1 x 2.5″ square of patterned fabric

Sewing Instructions
Start by sewing the witches hat blocks together – see the witches hat instructions,
Then the half square triangles – Trim off the “ears” of the half square triangle blocks and trim the up so that they are all 2.5″ square.
The block is now just like the basic block.
Sew this block exactly the same as the first one – row by row and join the rows.
Trim the block and its ready to go!
